New Patient
We ask that new patients arrive at the office approximately 10 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. During the initial consultation your Doctor will review your medical history, perform necessary preliminary tests and explain your treatment option(s) and plan. If needed, one of our receptionists will book your next appointment at your convenience.

Referrals
Oshawa Periodontics accepts referrals as well as regularly booked appointments. The nature of periodontics treatment requires both a consult visit and an initial treatment appointment, no referral necessary.

Appointments
Make an appointment online or call our office at (905) 728-5793, no reference necessary. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment and appreciate your co-operation.
